Massive Canine Lipoma Removal

dog

A lipoma is a benign tumor of fatty tissue that’s usually situated between the skin and underlying muscle layer. Treatment may be necessary if the lipoma is bothersome or continues to grow. Such is the case with the canine patient in this video. He has a lipoma that weighs over a pound growing on his back. We get to watch as a veterinary surgeon removes it, but this isn’t for the squeamish!
