Canine Eye Mango Worm

Mango worms are the parasitic larval stage of the mango fly, cordylobia anthropophaga. It’s a species of blow-fly common in parts of Africa. Today’s clip shows the removal of one such mango fly from a dog named Jack. The procedure is being performed by Vet Clinic Gambia.
