A dilated pore of winer (DPOW) is a skin condition characterized by a single, prominent open comedo on the face or upper trunk. Trapped dead skin cells plug up the pore, and a comedone extractor can be used to squeeze out the contents. Such is the case in today’s video, where we get to see the at-home removal of a DPOW that has been there for over ten years. Considering that this procedure is not being performed by a doctor, we think that it’s nicely done. Please note the proper use of gloves to help prevent infection.
