50-Year-Old Cyst Dissected

The man narrating today’s clip developed a bump on his neck when he was 16 years old. The doctor told him that it was harmless, but that it might grow larger over time. So finally, 50 years later, he had it surgically removed. It turns out that it was a sebaceous cyst, which occurs when a sebaceous gland becomes damaged or blocked. The sebaceous glands produce the sebum (oil) that coats the hair and skin. So for educational purposes, the man is now going to dissect his own cyst. Viewer discretion is advised!
